Good Morning

It is 1:30pm in NYC but for me I feel it’s appropriate to say Good Morning.

I woke up this morning at 5:30am for no reason (or some reason?), listened to some Wayne Dyer, ate some millet bread with butter and found myself feeling great about life. I then fell back asleep and woke up at Noon which is why I am saying good morning to you now.

I realized some things about life last night/early this morning/this afternoon that I want to share with you..

First off I am drinking this lovely smoothie right now. I highly recommend it. Almond milk, frozen strawberries, banana and blueberries, peanut butter and some Garden of Eatin’ Raw Protein powder. Joy!

Secondly what it is that I realized is how important it is to focus on the positive in life. That sounds cheesy but you get what I mean.. bear with me.

It’s important to know deep within you that everything’s great and life is good. That good things are happening to you and all around us. That you are free and can do anything you want in your life. That if you are not liking something, you can change it. That nothing controls you. That you have no past or story that you need to change or run from. Everyday and with every thought you decide what it is you want and what it is you are focusing on. That’s great news. The world doesn’t have to “happen” to us, we can happen to the world.

I like the vibe of “Good Morning” because there is a feeling around it that the day is new, that anything is possible and that we are starting anew and fresh with our choices and experiences. Take “Good Morning” into every time of the day and know that you can feel that way no matter what time is it.

When you speak to others and to yourself, choose to talk about what it is that excites you, what you are looking forward to and what you are enjoying about life. Choose happy, positive, loving thoughts.

YOU have the power.

Have an awesome day.
